Subscription Terms for WODHero

1. Subscription Plans

WODHero offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Subscription
  • Annual Subscription

2. Premium Features

Subscription includes access to:

  • Advanced workout tracking
  • Custom exercise creation
  • Detailed analytics
  • Progress tracking
  • Premium workout templates
  • Ad-free experience

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
  • Prices are shown in your local currency
  • Applicable taxes will be added to the subscription price

3.2 Billing Cycle

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days
  • Annual subscriptions are billed every 365 days
  • Billing occurs on the same date as the original subscription

4. Subscription Management

4.1 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Renewal occurs 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You will be charged the same amount as your initial subscription

4.2 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused periods
  • Access continues until the end of paid period

5. Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices at any time
  • Price changes will not affect current subscription period
  • You will be notified of price changes before renewal
  • You can cancel if you do not agree with new prices

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
  • Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem feature
  • We do not directly process refunds

7. Account Status

7.1 Active Subscription

  • Full access to premium features
  • Continuous service until cancelled

7.2 Cancelled Subscription

  • Access continues until end of paid period
  • Reverts to basic features after period ends
  • Data is retained for future reactivation

8. Data Retention

  • Workout data is retained after cancellation
  • Reactivating subscription restores access to history
  • You can request data deletion at any time

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms
  • Changes effective upon posting
  • Continued use indicates acceptance
